Privacy Policy

Huff Blueprint LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("Huff Blueprint," "we," "us"), operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you submit an inquiry or take the Kinetic Diagnostic, we collect what you enter:

• Executive (Consulting) inquiry: name, company, email, role, and your answers about what you want to change and what is in the way.
• Kinetic team inquiry: name, company, role, work email, the approximate number of employees being considered, and what you'd like employees to do more effectively.
• General inquiry: name, email, company, inquiry type, and your message.
• Kinetic Diagnostic: your first name, email, and your answers to the Diagnostic's statements and questions about how you work, such as how you prioritize and how your working hours are spent.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form, we also record the page it was sent from, which service you asked about, and, if present, the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters) and the website that referred you. Our forms also record your time zone.

This website itself does not set cookies. Our forms are provided by HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), which uses its own cookies or similar technologies to record visits to our forms and the campaign that brought you there, and to connect that activity to your record when you submit. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter spam, which may process technical information about your browser and device.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiry and decide on an appropriate next step;
• prepare your Kinetic Diagnostic results, which are sent to you by email as a brief summary of your responses for your own use, and to understand how we might help;
• provide information about the services you asked about;
• send you emails about our services and insights, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in each email;
• operate, secure, and improve the website and understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries.

Text messages. We send text messages only if you have given us your express consent to receive them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the website and our business:

• HighLevel / LeadConnector: hosts our forms and the Kinetic Diagnostic, stores inquiry records in our client management system, and sends our emails.
• Netlify: hosts the website.
• Google Fonts: delivers the website's typefaces; your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• Unsplash: delivers some of the website's photographs from its image servers, which receive your IP address.
• Cloudflare: provides the spam protection on our forms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and Diagnostic information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any relationship that follows, and generally no longer than three years after our last interaction with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop sending you marketing emails or texts, by emailing shirah@huffblueprint.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the laws that apply to you. We will not treat you differently for exercising them, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for business professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
